DESCRIPTION
The Scorpion is the only trailer attenuator, tested and approved to TL3 when attached to a minimum 4.5t host vehicle, (forward roll of host vehicle was 19.5m when impacted by a 2t vehicle travelling at 100km/h, NCHRP 350). It has a single point attachment to a standard 20t (minimum) rated pintle hook which is quick and easy to hitch to a host vehicle.
